Facebook has announced will partnership with Heroku cloud application host, you can easy way create facebook apps without planning other web hosting or server for your apps. because heroku is Free Services, (if you installed other addons charges many apply :p) i dont know happen this services is Lifetime or some 1year :D LOL Some programming support on Cloud services Heroku like PHP, node.js, Ruby and Python.
